8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Competitor Registration, Media Room, Merchandise and Ticket Sales
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Technical Inspection (World Arena Colorado Springs) (competitors see the set division
schedule under bulletins)
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. –Merchandise and Ticket Sales (World Arena)
1:30 p.m.– 2:30 p.m. All rookie competitors are required to participate in an on-track rookie evaluation.
3:30 p.m. – Mandatory Rookie School for Drivers/Riders (Crowne Plaza)
5:00 p.m. – Mandatory Drivers Meeting (Crowne Plaza)
6:00 p.m. – Mandatory Riders Meeting (Crowne Plaza)
Tuesday, June 25 (PPIHC Sanctioned Practice Day) (all competitors)
3:30 a.m. – Gateway open to Officials
3:30 a.m. – Gateway open to Bike Competitors
3:45 a.m. – Gateway open to Car Competitors
4:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. Gateway open to credentialed individuals and spectators (tickets needed for spectators)
4:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. Practice day tickets will be sold at the Gateway for $25 per person.
5:00 a.m. – Start Line closes to uphill traffic.
5:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Sanctioned Practice (Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain)
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Merchandise (Crowne Plaza Hotel Lobby)

4:00 a.m. – Gateway open to Competitors in the Lower Section (Start Line to switchback (S/B) below Glen Cove)

Saturday, June 29 (Set-Up Day)
11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Press Room / Registration Open (Crowne Plaza Hotel)
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Ticket Sales (Crowne Plaza Hotel)
Noon – Pikes Peak Highway opens for Overnight Camping
Noon – Pits open for all competitors for race cars and motorcycles
Noon – 6:00 p.m. – Ticket sales at the Gateway
6:00 p.m. – Gateway closes and uphill traffic stops
8:00 p.m. – All competitors must be back off of the mountain
Sunday, June 30th (Race Day)
2:00 a.m. – Gateway opens for Officials and Competitors only. All competitors and credentialed personnel must enter through gate #3 which is located on the far right lane.
3:00 a.m. – Gateway opens to the public. All spectators must use the left lane (uphill lane) and enter through Gate #1
6:30 a.m. – Non-denominational service (in the clearing behind race control) – Layne Schranz
7:00 a.m. – Riders Meeting (Drivers right on pit row by the Red Bull Bus)
7:10 a.m. – Drivers Meeting (Drivers right on pit row by the Red Bull Bus)
7:30 a.m. – Opening Ceremonies
7:50 a.m. – Highway turned over to PPIHC (Randy Ruyle)
7:50 a.m. – Motorcycles begin lining up
7:55 a.m. – Pace Car
7:59 a.m. – The Flag is Dropped
8:00 a.m. – Start of the 91st running
TBD – End of the 91st running
TBD– Awards Ceremony (in the VIP by the start line tent shortly after competitors have returned down from the top)
Merchandise will be sold at the start line area on race day
